Absolutely love downtown dentistry. I found them on google because I really needed Invisalign and they came up as #1. I understand why after visiting them, it makes total sense because dr Chan and her staff are phenomenal, especially thais. Their entire office is fantastic and very kind. I was at first hesitant because of COVID 19, but they assured me they have great PPE and safety protocols. I felt very safe as they all wore masks will full ppe and extremely good sanitization processes. Will be going next week to get my Invisalign trays and start fixing my teeth, and I’m so excited. Thank you Dr Chan and staff for being phenomenal and helping me have a better smile. I can’t wait to see the results.

Dr. Fung was kind and empathetic towards my situation (personal and medical). The office looks very clean. The secretary (forget her name) was helpful and patient with me. All around great clinic.

The service is great. Dr.kim really helped to make the procedure as smooth as possible which is awesome. If anybody is looking for a dentist I would highly recommend her.

Didn’t enjoy the first visit but the second one was great. A hygienist cancelled on me 20mins prior to the appointment, no email apology or compensation. Inconvenient because I took time off work for it. The second visit last week was amazing though. Another hygienist Annie was super friendly and meticulous. She did a great job with the dental cleaning, even fixed things that my other dental place missed years ago. I’ll go back to her.

Great dental office - they got me in quickly when I was having problems, don't overcharge, and are very helpful with insurance claims, etc. Highly recommend!

This is a very fine dental practice, arguably one of the best in Toronto. Because of my irregular visits to the city, I now live out of town, three different dentists have looked after me......each one was of the highest caliber. The equipment is state of the art ( a non dentists opinion, obviously ) and the level of efficiency overall is impressive. For me, this is it; this is where I come when my ageing teeth need help.

I love Downtown Dentistry and I love my Invisaline! Absolutely wonderful dental office. If you’re someone like me who is anxious when it comes to visiting the dentist then I highly recommend Dr. Emily Baker. She explained everything in detail and made my visit extremely comfortable (especially during these Covid times). She was great at making sure I felt comfortable during the whole process. I’m glad I found this dental office because I will be going here from now on.

I'm doing the Invisalign with Downtown Dentistry since January 2020. Dr. Chan and her team all are very professional and very kind. Only half year my teeth got a big change from the crowded bottom teeth and protruding upper teeth. Great experience. Highly professional staff. Dr chan recommended invisalign to straighten my teeth while correcting my bite and thus far, I have achieved perfect results. A few more tweaks, and I will complete this phase of my dental care. With regular hygiene appointments, I will have excellent dental health for the remainder of my life. Thank you so much.

Recently went to get a cleaning done (early June 2020) and I am so glad I went. The staff was absolutely amazing! (As always). Even during the COVID period they were well prepared with proper PPE and made sure all answered questionnaire (and sanitized etc). My hygienist was very patient and did a great job. I highly recommend Downtown Dentistry!

My experience with Downtown Dentistry has been wonderful, especially with Dr. Reddy and his staff. I have always been greeted with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care. I underwent several dental procedures like cleaning, fillings, gum disease treatment and tooth extraction. Dr. Reddy was very encouraging and informative throughout different procedures. He also encouraged me to get a cavity filled without any anesthesia. I would like to pass on the message to anyone reading this, when possible please consider getting cavity filled without needles and numbing. There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend! When you find the best, you keep it!

They are so nice and great. The minute I got there, I felt so cozy that I decided to get them to take care of my teeth. Especially there is a Korean doctor in the dentistry. She is decent and professional.

Overall, an exceptional experience with my Hygienist. Yolanda made me feel warm and welcomed as she had remembered me from past visits. She was also able to relieve my anxiety over the cleaning by creating a meaningful conversation that took my mind off of what was happening. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a welcoming dentistry office!

Dr. Michelle Fung is the best dentist I've ever had and by far the most attentive. She's kind, encouraging, and I truly felt like my comfort was her priority. I'm a huge wimp when it comes to any kind of dental procedures so I really appreciated her approach. I learn something new about how to take better care of my teeth every time I see her, and she takes her time to answer all of my questions. Her personality actually makes me look forward to visiting the dentist, which I never thought was possible :P

I've been going to Downtown Dentistry for almost 17 years. Dr. Chan, who is my dentist, is to be commended on the highly competent staff employed there. The dental professionals and support staff are first rate. I've never had cause for complaint in all my visits. Currently I am in the process of completing the 'Invisalign' process to straighten my teeth. I have recommended Downtown Dentistry to others owing to their excellent and caring service.

I went for cleaning and check up. Eni was my hygienist who did an amazing job of cleaning my teeth. She took her time and carefully removed any plaque that was left due to braces. Throughout the cleaning she shared very useful advice and hygiene tips on protecting my teeth with braces. I left feeling very happy.

I usually get nervous when I visit the dentist, but the staff @downtown dentistry always provide more than excellent customer service. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very patient. The hygienist that I’ve dealt with today was amazing! She also shared additional and very interesting information. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for top of the line service!

Had been to this clinic after moving to the city. I was skeptical initially, but this clinic is really on par with their reviews and standards. Met Dr. Reddy N.C. and I am very happy with his work. He was so good in diagnosing the issue and explain it in laymen terms. Looking forward for the treatment.

Dr. Fung is changing and raising the standard for all dentists out there. Absolutely goes out of her way to make sure that you’re the most comfortable and remembers all of your preferences and sensitivities. Keeps you informed about what procedure she’s doing and why and if you’re curious or have any question, she’s a book of knowledge. And what’s so rare to find- she’s just a great and fun person and shows it during each visit. She makes greatest atmosphere between her, the patient and whoever is assisting her. Could not be happier to be her patient. Clinic is super clean and friendly too!

I went in because I was trying to find a dentist to transfer my Invisalign case to, since I recently moved. Dr Amelia came off as competent and knowledgeable and she seemed to getting care that I was happy with the end results of my treatment. Dr. Chan is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is so friendly and kind that my 3 and 6 year-old-kids finally enjoyed going to a dentist. The front desk staff and hygienists are incredibly nice and they make it very clear customer satisfaction is the number one priority for them. I highly recommend Dr. Chan and associates to all my friends and patients.

Great dentist! I really appreciated the treatment coordinator Marsha. She walked me through how my appointments would work and the costs and it made me feel very comfortable. The space was clean & the staff was nice. It’s a big office so they can do anything you need on the premises. I will keep going there from now on!
